This is the safari most travellers picture when they dream of Tanzania. Over six days, you travel through three of the country's most celebrated parks — Tarangire, the Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater — seeing elephants beneath baobabs, lions on open plains, black rhinos in a collapsed volcano, and the Great Migration thundering across the grasslands (season depending). It is the classic northern-circuit safari, done properly: unhurried game drives, handpicked lodges, expert guiding, and small private groups throughout.

The itinerary is designed to give you the widest possible range of landscapes and wildlife in a single week. Tarangire offers baobab-studded savanna and some of East Africa's largest elephant herds. The Serengeti is the stage for the greatest wildlife spectacle on earth. And the Ngorongoro Crater — a UNESCO World Heritage Site — packs 25,000 large animals into a bowl barely 20 kilometres wide, including the densest lion population on the planet and one of the last remaining populations of black rhinoceros in Tanzania.

You will travel in a private 4×4 Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof for unobstructed viewing, stay in lodges and tented camps chosen for their location and character, and be guided by a professional Tanzanian guide who knows these parks intimately.
